Nickel-Iron Batteries
The Ni-Fe batteries employ pocket-plate technology. They
are designed for general and standby applications such as
solar/wind energy, railroad signals, emergency lighting,
power plant, etc. They have long cycling life, low operation
cost, environmental friendliness (no lead, cadmium, or acid
and is highly recyclable), high safety with almost no
possibility of burning or thermal runaway, and high
tolerance to mechanical & electrical abuses.
